All firearms once transferred to the customer from the receiving dealer will be treated as used, and will be subject to the rules and regulations of the State of Arizona and the city of Mesa. This policy is in compliance with all State and Federal guideline. All firearms sales are final. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow all Federal, State and Local laws.
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
- Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
- Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.
Products on the website may not actually be carried in store. Items that are special ordered and/or web orders have a 50% restock fee once the order has been placed with the supplier for components. By purchasing from Peaceful Warrior Weapons LLC the customer strictly understands they are responsible for their actions regarding these orders. The customer here by fully accepts their obligation made to the order placed on this site.
Products damaged during shipment are not subject to restocking fees. A refund for the damaged product, to include shipping, will be issued once the product is returned to Peaceful Warrior Weapons LLC. During the unique situation of damaged goods caused from shipping, we will request evidence of damage, to include pictures of damage to product as well as packaging.
